Terms of Service

By accessing or using Mindlabz ("Service", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses Mindlabz in any capacity.

You agree to use Mindlabz only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or inhibit their use of the Service. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate, promote, or distribute harmful, illegal, abusive, or defamatory content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass any security measures of the Service.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract data or abuse the credit system.
• Upload or submit content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use the Service to train competing AI models or build derivative products without written consent.

Mindlabz uses AI models to process your content and generate responses, summaries, and insights ("Output") based on your inputs ("Prompts"). You acknowledge that:

• Output is generated by machine learning models and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You should independently verify any Output before relying on it for important decisions.
• You retain full ownership of your Prompts. Subject to these Terms, Mindlabz assigns to you all rights in the Output generated from your Prompts.
• Due to the nature of machine learning, Output may not be unique and similar results may be generated for other users.
• Mindlabz is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated Output.

To access core features, you must register for an account via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

Mindlabz uses a daily credit system to fairly allocate AI processing resources. Credits are assigned per account and reset each day at midnight. Credit allocations, costs per action, and limits are set at our sole discretion and may be updated at any time.

Free credits are provided as-is and may be adjusted, paused, or revoked without prior notice. Unused credits do not roll over between days.

You retain ownership of all content you upload or submit to Mindlabz, including notes, PDFs, and articles ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Mindlabz a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service on your behalf.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, applicable laws, or these Terms. Mindlabz reserves the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms without notice.

The Mindlabz Service — including its design, interface, branding, software, and original content (excluding User Content and AI Output) — is the exclusive property of Mindlabz and its licensors, protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Mindlabz name, logo, and associated marks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindlabz and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill resulting from use of or inability to use the Service.
• Actions or content of third parties accessed through or linked from the Service.
• Reliance on AI-generated Output for any personal, academic, legal, medical, or financial decisions.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice before the revised terms take effect, via in-app notification or email.

By continuing to use Mindlabz after revisions take effect, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you should discontinue use of the Service.
